Personal Training for Petrina

Hey there! Im back again....


Just started a PT session with a 16-yr old sweet girl..her name is Petrina. Very interestingly, the teenagers are now looking for new hype - To engage a Personal Trainer to work with them to improve fitness and health :) That is really amazing! And..in a way, Im much pleased to see that youngsters are now looking into their personal health and wellbeing. :P

Does Yoga exercises help to lose weight?

Many people ask if they could have a 'relaxing' type of exercises and yet lose weight...and my questions back to them are usually lifestyle-related..

To lose weight, I believe the BIG 'D' (for discipline) is certainly important! Discipline to stick to an exercise regime, be it yoga, swimming or brisk walk; discipline to eat wisely; discipline to healthy living and stay away from alcohols and ciggies and many many more...

So, losing weight is not all able doing few sessions of yoga and expect to drop two dress size..think harder..

Now, does yoga helps to lose weight? ?? You decide..:)

My participants have experience more wonderful effects besides losing weight alone..
